A: The Policy is posted here.
Q: Can I check my CLE credit balance online?
A: CKPs in good standing may view their CLE credit balance on their KPA member profile under the Certified Kentucky Paralegal section. If your balance does not appear on your profile, please contact KPACC for assistance.
Q: Where do I report my CLE credits?
A: CLE credits are to be reported directly to KPACC on a KPACC CLE Certificate of Attendance Form. The form and supporting documentation must be emailed directly to certification@kypa.org. KPACC does not accept CLE submissions by mail.
Q: What supporting documentation is required when I submit CLE credits earned for activity conducted by a KPACC-approved sponsor?
A: If activity was sponsored by a KPACC-approved sponsor listed under Section 9.02(A)(1) of the Policy, you must submit 1) the KPACC Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Certificate of Attendance Form and 2) the certificate of completion issued to you by the sponsor or other documentation verifying your completion of credit(s) and showing accreditation of credit hour(s) or the time (minutes) duration of the activity.
